Luke Dunnett. Property Business Manager
Luke is the Property Business Manager for The Biosphere. He manages the day to day operation of the building ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets the needs of our occupiers. From overseeing facilities management and ICT to leases and support for those who occupy the building, he is responsible for ensuring everyone who visits or moves into our building has the best experience. Luke also works with partners and the sector to raise the profile of Newcastle as a hotspot for life sciences.
Michelle Maley, Building Host
Providing support to our property business manager, you will always get a warm welcome from Michelle. Michelle is involved in a wide range of activities that support all of our operations, from meeting room bookings to technical support. She is often the first point of contact for those who occupy the building, providing support where needed and a ambassador for The Biosphere and support with the organisation of key events and high-profile visits. Always promoting the great work and innovations that happen in our building.
